The Excitement of Youth

The Phoenix Symphony Education department performs three small miracles each year otherwise known as Symphony for the Schools. Thousands of elementary and middle-school students descend upon Symphony Hall (in an orderly manner of course) for these education concerts which focus on music style, instrument groups and other fun themes that engage and educate as they entertain.

One of the great rewards our Education staff receives are letters students will sometimes write back to The Phoenix Symphony about what they thought of their experience. We thought we'd share a few of the letters students sent in after the Symphony for the Schools special "Our Arizona!" concert at the Maricopa County Events Center at the end of January.
