Salute to the Tonys

Resident Conductor Lawrence Golan will lead The Phoenix Symphony in “Salute to the Tonys” – a concert packed with Tony-award winning music and dazzling vocal artists performing show-stopping moments from the bright lights of Broadway. Concerts will be held at Symphony Hall on February 26 and February 28.

From The Producers to Fiddler on the Roof and Annie, the February concerts will cover some of the most cherished musicals and composers to date, including Marvin Hamlisch and Stephen Sondheim.

Baritone Sean Carter Campbell and mezzo-soprano Kristen Drathman will add the treasured lyrics to the unforgettable tunes. While Ms. Drathman will be making her Phoenix Symphony debut, Mr. Campbell last performed with The Phoenix Symphony in front of sold out houses during the 2008/09 Season in “A Salute to Rodgers and Hammerstein.”
