Getting to Know Concertmaster Steven Moeckel

Last week, Ken LaFave had a discussion with The Phoenix Symphony's new concertmaster Steven Moeckel on the Arts on the Town radio program. They discussed Steven's background as a concertmaster with the Tucson Symphony and his work as a soloist as well as the audition process and what his role as concertmaster will involve at The Phoenix Symphony.

If you missed the program, you can listen to it right here.

We're excited to see Steven in action as the orchestra returns next week and rehearsals for our Opening Night Wagner Spectacular begin!

I'd like to know what available recording most closely approximates the enlish language version of Haydn's Creation that will be performed in October.

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. I personally like the Paul McCreesh/Gabrieli Consort recording. You can download it from iTunes.
