Alondra de la Parra - Young Rock Stars of the Conducting World - The Daily Beast

One of the youngest female conductors and first Mexican woman to conduct a concert in New York City, Alondra de la Parra continues to sweep the music world and is recognized on The Daily Beast, Young Rock Stars of the Conducting World! Phoenix will be graced with her lovely presence and her renowned conducting on Sept. 24-26. She will lead the Symphony with Chavez's Sinfonia India, Prokofiev's Concerto No. 2 in G minor for Piano and Orchestra, and Dvorak's Symphony No. 8. This classics concert will surely showcase her true passion for music and sensational conducting!
