A Valley Tradition

The Phoenix Symphony concluded its ten concert run of highlights from Handel's Messiah on Sunday!

Virginia G. Piper Music Director Michael Christie and Assistant Conductor Benjamin Rous took turns leading the Phoenix Symphony Baroque Ensemble in Corelli’s Christmas Concerto, with members of the Phoenix Symphony Chorus joining the Ensemble for Messiah.

The glorious music filled venues spanning the Valley from Mesa to Sun City, and each venue was illuminated by numerous candelabras lining the pathways.

Were you there? Tell us what you thought of the concerts!
